These Terms of Use (“Terms”) define the rights and responsibilities between you (“User”) and LBVsolutions d.o.o. (“Supplier”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for the use of our SaaS solution “EXREG” and associated website located at ex-reg.com.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. Subscription Plans and Licensing

We offer various subscription plans tailored to your business needs. Please contact us via our registration form or email for detailed pricing and plan information.

2. Service Availability and Operation

The EXREG solution is available online and its accompanying mobile device application can function in offline mode during temporary internet disruptions. Users are responsible for regularly synchronizing data with our servers to avoid data loss. LBVsolutions d.o.o. accepts no responsibility for data loss resulting from extended offline use, device malfunction, or user error.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free synchronization, especially in remote locations or on unstable connections.

3. Software Updates and Custom Development

Periodic updates and improvements to the service are included in your subscription plan. The frequency and timing of updates are at our sole discretion.

Custom or priority feature developments may be provided at additional cost upon separate agreement. Such upgrades may be provided to all existing or future users of EXREG.

4. Termination and Data Ownership

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service immediately if the User breaches these Terms or fails to meet payment obligations. Access will be restricted, but User data will not be deleted immediately.

All data collected through EXREG is owned by the User (Client). Upon termination of service, data can be exported and provided to the Client in a standard format. Data may be retained by LBVsolutions d.o.o. for compliance, historical records, statistical analysis, and future service improvements. All data used in analysis will remain anonymous.

5. User Responsibilities and Disclaimers

The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of data entered and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. LBVsolutions d.o.o. will not be liable for inaccuracies, incomplete data, or any resulting consequences.

Use of electronic devices in hazardous areas is solely the responsibility of the User, and adequate risk assessments must be conducted prior to usage. If certified EX device is not available at worksite proper risk assessment and approval should be obtained to use non-EX certified device.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not controlled by LBVsolutions d.o.o. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.

7. Modifications of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to Users at least 30 days in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

LBVsolutions d.o.o. will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the User in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in Croatian courts.
