When you submit a website contact, trial or quotation enquiry, we collect your name, email address, role, company where requested, and the message you choose to provide. Quotation enquiries also include your selected plan and any optional billing details. We record the submission reference, form and source page, receipt time, privacy notice version and acceptance, and notification delivery status so we can respond and manage delivery. The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check submissions for abuse. Enquiries do not require optional analytics consent and do not automatically create an EXREG account or add you to a marketing list.

This database retention period does not automatically delete email correspondence or backup copies; the general retention principle above applies to those separately.
